I’m Ronald Ristow, an architectural designer based in Chicago. I began my education in fine arts at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where working across sculpture, furniture, and object-making shaped how I think about materials, construction, and spatial experience. After SAIC, I gained experience in visual merchandising and museum operations at the Art Institute of Chicago, developing a strong understanding of how people move through and engage with built environments. I later earned my Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where I focused on projects from concept through documentation. My work is grounded in clear design thinking, careful detailing, and an interest in how buildings are assembled and used.
